Help engineering teams adopt Claude Code and Codex using decision logs and evaluation loops tied to repository work, so they can see what an agent did, test changes, and improve the system over time.

Led completion of a major data warehouse migration and cut historical-data backfills from weeks to under 48 hours.
Took responsibility for Business Intelligence in addition to Data Engineering, aligning platform and BI priorities under one operating model.
Reorganized the data organization into business-aligned teams after the migration, threading data capabilities into the domains they supported.
Replaced spreadsheet-based Estimated Per Click modeling with automated real-time estimates; enabled faster campaign tuning and contributed to seven-figure SMB performance-marketing gains.
Expanded self-service analytics through curated datasets, including Plaid and TransUnion, and modern tooling.

Built metrics and narratives that quantified initiative impact for medium and large merchants, addressing board-level needs across growth, back-office, and mobile initiatives.
Redirected the Shopify Mobile roadmap toward companion usage based on data insights; improved Alerts engagement from 10% to 24% in Q1 2023.
Overhauled Developer Platform KPIs to emphasize security, performance impact, and compliance, enabling improvements in app quality and developer incentives.
Built self-serve developer-funnel analysis to identify segment-specific blockers and drive roadmap changes.
Improved forecasting and spend attribution in Google Cloud, lowering target budgets and improving negotiations.

Led Data Platform and Production Engineering, a roughly 50-person organization with 8 engineering managers, 2 agile practitioners, a product manager, and about 40 individual contributors.
Scaled analytics delivery through cross-functional, domain-focused Insights pods and a Data Mesh approach.
Built centralized ingest, storage, compute, governance, experimentation, recommender, and shared data capabilities.
Enabled dozens of simultaneous experiments to tens of thousands of users and ingested hundreds of millions of events daily from dozens of systems.
Delivered a workflow recommender that increased open-to-clickthrough by 1.7× and forecast models used for ARR and metered billing.

Grew the data organization from 2 data scientists to a 20-person cross-functional team; built the data warehouse, BI platform, and data lake for self-service product, marketing, revenue, and finance analysis; and delivered core executive metrics including funnel conversion, ARR per account, and recognized revenue.

Led a distributed team of 20 engineers across up to 8 parallel initiatives.
